Land Owners- Possible site for a tower

Siting a colocation tower allows a landowner to potentially get paid by multiple carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) not just one.
Design criteria for property evaluation
Typically, the facilities require ground space on which our client would construct either a monopole or a stealth tower where needed and the communication compound.
Land for tower sites:
- Should provide a leased area approximately 50’ x 50'
- Should be no more than 100 to 500 feet from a paved public street
- Property should preferably be within a zoning classification that allows communication structures
- Must provide 24-hour access, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to all portions of the facility
The evaluation processes
Our team of real estate, construction, and radiofrequency engineers will evaluate all properties for viability. We will be in contact with you to let you know we received your information, but will only move forward with property owners, managers, and customers with properties that meet our team members and the carrier’s current needs. Due to the volume of property evaluation submittals, we regret that we will not be able to move forward and follow up with all inquiries unless your property meets our team’s needs.
